Health & Safety is our utmost importance.

To make sure this happens we will have numerous "team members" on site at all times and looking after various locations.

No outside food or drink to be consumed on the premises

Team members will be easily noticeable as they will be wearing "Event Staff" Lanyards in blue so if you require any assistance please ask any one of us

There will always be someone at the ticket entrance as a main point of contact.

We may do random bag searches for security reasons.

We will have people monitoring security, managing wait times, tickets and making sure the venue is at a safe capacity by monitoring and limiting numbers.

We will have cleaners on site to keep on top of any mess etc

First aid assistance will be on hand if required.

The event itself completes its own full risk assessment as does the venue to make sure all areas of risk are considered.

Please note there will be live recording and photography at the event and we can use this for promotional use.

Due to it being a live event there is always risk but you try to do everything we can to minimise that and any activities you chose to get involved in is completely voluntary and we cannot be held responsible and by purchasing a ticket are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Anyone acting inappropriately or looking like they could be a risk will be rejected and a refund will not be issued and you may be banned from future events.

Third parties are not covered by our insurance so will need there own public liability.

Props

If you are bringing a Prop, please make sure it is safe and legal to carry.
What this means is, we can not and will not allow entrance under any circumstances to any Sharply bladed article, or anything that may cause significant harm, alarm or distress to others.
All Props entering the Venue will be subject to checks by security.
Please keep in mind members of the public inside and outside the venue, who are not used to seeing these types of events taking place, or understand the meaning behind certain Cosplays/Props may mistake these for weapons
Large props are only to be wielded for photo purposes
and must be kept on person at all times.
Please makes sure that any firearms can clearly be seen as not real either by orange tipped or the way in which it has been painted/designed.
Bows and arrows - Bows are allowed into the venue however they must not be accompanied with working arrows , if working arrows are used then the string of the bow much be taken out.
As Always please keep prop safety in mind when attending events.
